I've seen a lot of people on here talking about the Kushiel's Dart series, and all it's oddness with the BDSM theme in there, so I'm wondering, are there any fantasy novels out there that involve really odd fetishes, especially like foot fetishism or somethting truly messed up to that degree?
Please note, I hope this thread doesn't become a hangout for any freako foot fetishists, as that was not my intention. And I do hope the moderators will take appropriate action if it does. My intention for this thread was to basically get a good laugh out of the subject. :D

After two books of longing, that researcher finally kissed Karan's foot in Irvine's The Tower on the Rift . I hear Perido Street Station has an alarming amount of faeces. A Hobbit's fantasy is to some day stop endlessly talking and drinking, I'm sure.

uh i was just researching ....

Weird fantasy fetishes ...

In _Zothique_ by Clark Ashton Smith there are somewhat oblique references to necrophilia. Smith does partake a bit of the 'Yellow '90s' (1890s) decadent fiction.

I take it there are sex scenes in Fritz Lieber's _The Sinful Ones_, mostly added by the publisher but revised by Leiber himself for a later edition.

Haven't read Philip Jose Farmer's _Image of the Beast_, but I take it the book is pretty raw in spots, but I do recall his book in which a lightly disguised Tarzan and Doc Savage square off (nuts; blanking on title) has a sex factor, too.

How could I forget the most memorable of all? Nipples! Martin's unceasing and perverse fascination for nipples and teats and however else he calls them.

Yeah! I know some people who read Martin found Martin's obsession with nipples to be truly disgusting and vulgar, but I found it to be freakin hillarious! Every time I read a scene where Martin called a chicks nipples "teats", I about busted a gut! :D And then there's those scenes where Tyrion is always caressing Shea's nipples between his fingers! Yep, Martin definitely has an odd fetish! :D

Wow, that sounds truly awful...I can't stand the word "teats" used when referring to a human and not a cow!

It's not really fantasy, but in the Earth's Children series by Jean Auel she uses the word "suckle" in her sex scenes a ridiculous quanitity of times. Every time a guy was going to have sex with a woman he started suckling. The way she described it was definitely NOT sensual, she described everything in horrible mechanical detail. Icky! :D
