Honest Brutus by Tia Voth

Do you believe he was honest?
Burying his sword in his friend,
Trying to save his fellow men.
Worry not for Honest Brutus,
Everyone seems to understand.
He did things with passion,
One with a burning flame.
He did not think of himself first,
So look upon honest Brutus,
He played a tragic role.
A hero to many, and a traitor to some.
But what you believe is in your own mind.
No one can change what you believe,
Not even someone like Honest Brutus.
