This books continues the new Darkwar trilogy, after the average Flight of the Nighthawks this is a brilliant return to form for Fiest. It continues where the last left off and then goes on to explore an alien culture that makes the Tsurani from previous books look normal and amazingly for me continues to surprise thoughout - A must buy.
